WHY SHOULD I CHOOSE DR. DABBER VAPORIZERS OVER THE COMPETITION?
Because our vaporizers are purpose-built essential oil vaporizing tools. We analysed the market and adjusted our product to satisfy vaper's concerns with other products. The biggest difference with our vape pens is that we utilize low heat, high resistance Titanium Technology which ensures you never burn or char your product. Our coils gently heat to the ideal temperature, instead of attempting to achieve the highest temperature possible as quickly as possible. Many vaporizers with a similar design will glow red hot almost instantly after pressing the button, which simply burns your product on contact. This seriously compromises flavor and efficacy.
WHICH DR. DABBER PRODUCT IS FOR ME?
The Dr. Dabber Aurora is our top of the line unit, offering the most versatility with 3 heat settings and 3 unique atomizers included. The Dr. Dabber Ghost is the original award-winning premium low-heat vaporizer pen. The Dr. Dabber Light is a smaller, compact version of the Ghost with a smaller battery and a smaller loading chamber. The Dr. Dabber Boost is the first battery powered oil rig, offering a purist's experience with an emphasis on portability.
WHAT IS TITANIUM TECHNOLOGY?
Titanium Technology is the driving force behind Dr. Dabber's incredible flavor. By employing Grade 4 titanium in our Ghost, Ghost Ceramic, Light, Globe and Glass atomizer coils, we are able to heat at a much lower temperature. This low temp, high resistance setup results in your heating coils staying at ideal temperature for longer, ensuring you do not burn your essential oils.
HOW DO I LOAD THE VAPORIZER PEN?
We recommend loading a 'rice sized' quantity directly onto the coil. Avoid overloading. Overloading may result in wasted product, potential atomizer leakage leading to failure, and may restrict airflow and, in turn, produce less vapor. Also, avoid touching the coil with the loading tool, as metal-on-metal contact can short out the connection. The Aurora atomizers are slightly larger, so we recommend about a 'pea sized' quantity. Furthermore, atomizers will begin to “season” overtime, allowing them to produce more vapor with less product.
HOW LONG DOES THE BATTERY LAST?
Depending on your vaping habits, the Dr. Dabber Aurora and Ghost will deliver 250-300 hits on a single charge. This results in about 5 days for the average user, and 2-3 days for a heavy user. The Dr. Dabber Light will deliver around 100 hits on a single charge. The Dr. Dabber Boost delivers between 30-40 heating cycles on a single charge. The charging cord for the Boost will charge the battery to about 30 cycles. If you use an external 18650 battery charger, you will get an approximately 50 cycles. This happens for all USB chargers. They do not put out enough amps to reach the batteries full performance. We use these chargers for the convenience it provides with today's technology.  As with all Lithium Ion batteries, the battery only has a certain number of charge cycles, so battery life will degrade over time.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO CHARGE THE BATTERY?
The vaporizer pens (Aurora, Ghost, Light) should be fully charged in about 2 hours. The Dr. Dabber Boost takes between 4-6 hours for a full charge. Your unit should come with some charge in the battery, and we recommend you drain the initial charge before charging it for the first time. Once the battery is drained, we recommend a full 8 hour charge to prolong battery life.
HOW OFTEN DO I NEED TO REPLACE THE COIL?
Depending on usage and cleaning habits, the coil will last between 4-12 weeks before needing replacement. We do not suggest using the dab tool to load or clean your chamber.
HOW DOES THE HEATING ELEMENT IN THE PEN WORK?
The battery is responsible for relaying a stable temperature to the titanium coil as you hold down the button. This coil heats to the ideal temperature for melting waxes and oils. It also employs a safety feature that shuts off the element after a 15 second button hold to avoid it getting too hot and destroying your essential oils.
IS A 5 SECOND INITIAL BURNOFF RECOMMENDED LIKE OTHER PENS?
No, there is nothing to burn off in our units. However, we absolutely recommend you hold down the button for 1-2 seconds to make sure the coils glow before loading it for the first time. This way, we can accept a return of the component if it is defective. Once material is applied to the atomizer, we can not offer support or returns on the atomizer component. Your atomizers will begin to “season” overtime, allowing them to produce more vapor with less product.
HOW DO I CLEAN MY VAPORIZER PEN?
We recommend using a cotton swab and 91% or higher alcohol to clean your unit and atomizers. Do NOT use the loading tool to scrape the atomizer coils, as it is very easy to catch the wick/coil and tear it out of its connectors. This will render the atomizer useless immediately. Feel free to check out instructional and cleaning videos on the Dr. Dabber YouTube channel.
WHATS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN REGULAR GLASS AND CUSTOM GLASS?
Our standard glass is factory made whereas our custom glass is handmade borosilicate glass made in the USA by our resident glassblower. The custom pieces are aimed more towards the connoisseur, although both types of glass function equally well.
WHAT HAPPENS IF ONE OF MY COMPONENTS STOPS WORKING?
If your battery or charger stops working within the first year, please contact our Customer Service Department to open a warranty claim by emailing info@drdabber.com with your order number or your shipping address, full name and description of issue. All other products are not under warranty unless brand new and unused. If there is a situation with another product we deal with it on a case-by-case basis through email.
HOW DOES THE WARRANTY REPLACEMENT PROCESS WORK?
We offer a 1 year warranty on all batteries and chargers. Please contact our Customer Service Department to open a warranty  claim by emailing info@drdabber.com with your order number or your shipping address, full name and description of issue. Requests will generally receive a response within two business days.
IS WARRANTY VALID ON EBAY OR AMAZON PURCHASES?
Dr. Dabber does not have any authorized retailers on eBay or Amazon, so any items purchased from these marketplaces are NOT under warranty.
HOW DISCREET IS YOUR SHIPPING?
We ship USPS/Fedex, and your package will come in a standard padded envelope. The return address is stated as 'DDI' on the shipping label, as well as on your credit card statement. We value your privacy and want to ensure the only person who knows what you're ordering is you.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Processing time is generally between 2-4 business days before your order is shipped. Shipping takes between 2-4 business days depending on your location. All packages are shipped out of our Las Vegas facility. Our business hours are Monday-Friday 10 am to 5 pm PST.
WHY WAS I CHARGED CUSTOMS FEES?
All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes at the receiver's expense. This rate is determined by the receiving country.
WHY WAS MY TRANSACTION DECLINED BUT IT LOOKS LIKE THE MONEY WAS TAKEN OUT OF MY BANK ACCOUNT?
Our credit card merchant (as with most others), uses a 'Capture and Authorize' system, which essentially checks to ensure the funds are available, then puts a temporary hold on that amount until the billing address verification process is completed. If there are any issues with the billing address, the transaction will be declined, but the hold may not be lifted for 24-48 hours. This hold is entirely on the merchant's end, so we do not have access to these funds at any point. If the funds are not released within 48 hours, please contact us so we advise further.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Returns will ONLY be accepted within 30 days of purchase in UNOPENED NEW CONDITION, and will be subject to a 20% restocking fee. Returns MUST be authorized before being sent. Contact us to process a return. There are NO returns on products that have been opened and/or used. Refunds can only be processed if purchased directly from DrDabber.com
ARE THESE SMOKING CESSATION DEVICES?
