Your Impact at Dr Dabber

Reporting to the Sr Marketing Manager, the Special Projects Coordinator is responsible for organizing, developing and executing creative marketing projects throughout a calendar year. This role will be responsible to complete each phase of the project within the scheduled timeline. The role works closely with marketing, creative & operations departments to keep projects on time & on track. A balance of organizational skills and creative problem solving skills will help set you apart!

We will count on you to:

  • Understand the fundamentals of branded marketing marketing and how it operates within a company
  • Be responsible for multiple special projects across the calendar year - this will vary in size and impact! 
  • Work cross functionally with marketing and creative to schedule, organize, track and execute small and large projects.
  • Deliver information in a clear way that has strategic, critical and creative thought behind it. 
  • Deliver requests to Creative department, understand needs and calendarize accordingly to meet deadline on time and within budget
  • Ability to meet deadlines and produce results. 
  • Ensuring that all team members have the resources and support they need to deliver high-quality work
  • Setting up tracking systems for marketing campaigns and online activities.

Who we are looking for 

  • 1-3 years experience in brand project management including events 
  • Excellent organizational skills that understands timelines and calendarization
  • Has a producer mentality, won’t take no for an answer - always adding value and solutions. 
  • Creative + critical thinking skills. If it’s a great idea that can’t be executed in the timeline and budget it’s just an idea. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, like to operate within a team 
  • Someone who knows how to make a deck in Google sheets 
  • Has a “no task too small” attitude


Salary and Benefits 

The compensation for this role depends on level of experience, including bonus eligibility.
